Long buffer tube, internal depth 8.5″.

Does not include lock plate and castle nut.

Note:  Std. AR buffer tubes are 7″ internal depth.  You must make sure if you’re changing the buffer tube over on your JR Carbine, that you have the correct buffer and spacers/bumpers in your buffer tube.  Damage to your bolt, bolt handle, and receiver can occur if you neglect to account for this change in stroke.  View the FAQ video for further information on the different size buffers, spacers and comparisons of the different buffer tube configurations.

Note:  This is a Mil-Spec spec tube!  We switched from Commercial Spec to Mil-Spec in 2020.

Damage resulting from failure to obtain proper spacing is not covered under your owner’s warranty.
